Pre-holiday deliveries OK, no market
Sometimes the days turn into nights. So, the early morning Oxford market would have been too much - Karen didn't make it in until the end of the night.
Plenty of work to do on the farm. But we expect to run into town, so we may be able to handle deliveries before the holiday.
Freshfest Breakfast on a cold wet day
The only fat in the pan is the olive oil you'll need to pan fry our lean breakfast sausage.
Sliced onion, sliced pastured sausage (no shaping, the grind is perfect), rice from the fridge (add Herbs de Provance), med-high heat, peel and slice a cucumber. I did this in a foil pan as I have no idea where we keep the corning ware.
